Identify the customer first, then complete the commercial and service requirements for Marketing.

Existing-account credentials are required for submission and the password is never saved with the RFQ.

Create each required service batch with its own date, then assign the requested service lines that belong to it.

Each batch requires a service date and at least one requested service before submission. Select a batch card to make it the default for the next requested line.

Add multiple cargo photos, specifications, route references, or other supporting files. Files remain available when the RFQ is saved as draft.

Maximum 25 MB per file. Images are compressed to JPEG at up to 1080p.
